15. You Americans have such an easy life that you can make a dramatic and sad film about a guy who ate too many ice cream sandwiches and Hot Dogs and now struggles to breathe. Only in America can such a stupid and hilarious concept be taken seriously. Go for a jog, put the ice cream down, it really is that simple. You’re not a child soldier in Africa, you’re eating too many pudding pops and damaging your health.
