Well this was a pleasant surprise! I had no idea they were going to make a series about Mickey Haller. I love the books and I watch Bosch over and over again. I hope this guy is half as great as Matthew McConaughey was. By the way, I Met Michael Connelly once at a book signing and I asked him what he thought of the movie of the Lincoln lawyer. He said he loved it and he really loved Matthew McConaughey in it. That’s important because once you sell a book to a movie studio you have no say in what they’re going to do with it. With the Bosch TV series he was very involved with it.
I read the book, I didn't know there was a book-series for the character though.

Really wish there weren't licensing issues with Bosch and The Lincoln Lawyer as we could have had some awesome crossover action. Some of my favourite books are when Harry and his half brother Mickey Haller are working a case together.. they'd also be able to follow the original storylines a lot more closely.
