1. Great trailer for a train wreck

2. I hope it's better than the last two seasons of Picard. I love TNG, DS9, Voyager and Enterprise, but the new shows seem to be lacking good story writing. Usually, a one-dimensional universe ending plot. I just want to see adults being adults without the constant speeches, crying, and good story writing, for once. They also don't have to try to out-do themselves every time with universe ending plots. Star Wars did this with bigger ships, and a bigger Death Star. Discovery did this with The Burn and I forgot what happened in the last season because it sucked.

   For modern inspiration, look at The Expanse. Complex story with world building, action and likeable characters. Or just follow the formula of old Star Trek, with upgraded visuals and intricate writing.

3. The more I watch it, the more Wrath of Khan I feel, with its Shakespearean style monologue and cat and mouse chase. But then, it's a cut down version of a entire season, lol

30. I am glad they got Amanda Plummer instead of someone like that flakey woman who got the academy award for falling in love with the lizard. Plummer has real acting skills.

35. Soooo. Near as I can tell…Picard has managed to get himself into a fight with (1) Moriarty, (2) Lore or possibly B4, and (3) What looks to be Carla Tortelli from Cheers. 😂
