17. On the subject of the rocket launcher, the reporter says to turn off the handphone. Unless the battery is removed turning the phone does not stop it from being tracked. Turned off the phone still sends a signal to the nearest phone company towers. It does this two times a second and can be tracked.

    I feel for those who have a mortgagee and the crazy energy costs, I bought a few extra gas bottles last year and am well happy I did, I only use around 1 x 19kgs bottle every 9 months so should be ok for a year or so.
