5. At what point did trailers turn into cliff notes of the entire movie? Looks good but I felt like I've seen most of it already.

6. Johnny Depp was in the original film which never got released, looking forward to seeing this, the book was amazing.

7. Shantaram saw that Mumbai which even a person who has spent his whole life here would not have seen.. I myself am a Mumbaikar but in the Shantaram novel I saw a new Mumbai.. I hope this series does justice to that novel.

8. Aargh, those overdone Indian accents. This feels like a movie/series made in the 80s, not depicting the 80s.

9. Charlie Hunnam is such a talented actor. That scene in Sons of Anarchy where Jax discovers Taras body was absolutely gut wrenching and quite frankly an Oscar worthy performance.
