21. They don't have a reason to be fighting. Rey needs to go to Exegol to kill Palpatine. And Kylo wants to take Rey to Exegol to Palpatine. This fight scene is all spectacle but means absolutely nothing.

22. I love this fight. It looks, feels, and sounds like what Lucas would have wanted the OT fights to be like. You can just feel the weight and power of those blades as they smash against eachother

35. The light saber battles in Knights of the old republic is 100 times better than this. It was just a video game with lower budget.

37. Anyone notice that when Kylo/Rey use the force to block each other’s saber the blade looks like it’s being “stretched” along with that loud sound? Like it’s struggling to maintain its form. Pretty cool little detail.

38. The choreography matches the intensity of two people fighting with balloon swords instead of Lightsabers.

39. I love the sequels and try not to hate on anything, but Rey grunted every single fricken time she clashed blades with Kylo, she’s gotta stop that.

40. This was pathetic, and honestly a microcosm for the movie (and the sequel trilogy) as a whole: poorly planned, ill-advised, and unsatisfying.
