3. My eldest son is called Marlowe, I am massive fan of the books and various film adaptations this looks absolutely awful – dreadfully miscast (Alan Cummings! Ffs) and heavy hand of studio action demands. Robert Mitchum, Humphrey Bogart, James Garner will be laughing into their whisky glasses.

10. Missed opportunity to have Elliot Gould do a cameo. Not sure how I feel about this, I'm excited but an action movie? Hopefully on a few scenes.

19. pretty decent. Neeson returns in the his typical good man caught in a bad situation role, This time with a retro settings. At least it looks good enough to be a full length feature movie. His last few movies have not been of the standard you expect in a full length movie. They have been sub-par.
    However he is reaching the end of his one man action role franchise that began with Taken. Lets hope these last few are good.
