Looks okay…but the voice is no comparison to the original. Even the narrative seems dry. But watching Liam punch people in the throat is as good as an old school Oasis concert.
Film 🎞️ Fact 🥃 :
Farewell, My Lovely is a 1975 American neo-noir crime thriller film directed by Dick Richards and featuring Robert Mitchum as private detective Philip Marlowe. The picture is based on Raymond Chandler's novel Farewell, My Lovely (1940), which had previously been adapted for film as Murder, My Sweet in 1944.
Taken 4: origins.
If it’s half as good as Chinatown, it’ll be great

As much as I liked Farewell, My Lovely, my first thought about this is "Isn't Liam Neeson a little old to be playing Marlowe?" Next thought is "Why did they have to call it 'Marlowe,' like the James Garner contemporary version?"
Liam Neeson is always incredible actor 🤟🔥
Bogart IS Marlowe, Mitchum close behind – let's see what Neeson can do, but the accent doesn't help
Very few movies take the trouble of showing some facial likeness of Mother & Daughter, like Jessica and Diane.
Hurray!!!!! Jessica is back on the silver screen!!!! 😍
Liam is incredible actor
Looks good
Liam just doesn’t come off American enough for this role. And definitely not L.A. enough. Phillip Marlowe is a sympathetic character. Neeson doesn’t have that kind of relatability. But we’ll see.
Beautiful movies
A movie with Liam Neeson is always worth to see, he is a great actor.
I love the concept. Return of a good "film noir". Daddy and I watched them. He saw silent movies, vaudeville and was a chauffer/bodyguard to "Industry Heavyweights". I just hate Liam is so unhappy he's aged during the last year. 😔💔😭 If only he'd find a new "Tash"–someone who will love him when the cameras aren't rolling. Tash was his TRUE LOVE. She LOVED the man not the "Icon". She can NEVER be replaced or forgotten but Liam deserves happiness. His UNICEF work makes him an EXTRAORDINARY man. Loving the CHILDREN OF THE WORLD–not just his two boys Tash gave him. Liam has raised them as a SINGLE PARENT. They've turned into fine young men. Tash would be proud. 💋💚🌹
The Supreme, Jessica Lange!👸🏼
!!Liam = the best!!
looks like "Chinatown" remake
wish he wouldn't be a smoker in the movie… he is a role model for many
I'm glued as Liam Neeson is in it.
So glad this isnt black and white
Bogart in The Big Sleep this ain't. Formulaic.
