The thumbnail reminds me of Mega Maid for some reason.
Why the trailer showing it as if the story was full of war or fighting? I'm worried they'll ruin the story.

I don't know if it will be delayed because of Afghanistan, rumors has it the series have some influence over some naming of organization
I'm pretty sure the involvement of David Goyer disallows it from being good.

This will be a game changer. Shows and movies will follow it for the years to come.
The foundation books are probably my favorite books ever. If they pull some progressive woke shit on this….race swapping, gender swapping, adding action where there isn't supposed to be any, it would destroy the story and the legacy. The Foundation books are about philosophy, science, and the understanding that believing things without exploring them causes stagnation. If this fails to capture that, it would destroy the story and the legacy. Apple will not do this justice, because they need things to pass Chinese censors. Foundation would not pass Chinese censors.
Looks boring
It's been over a decade since I've read the Foundation series, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't "action-packed".
I'll pass on this.
