1. Looks like every other tedious action comedy to have released in the last 5+ years. Awful.

Well i'm not normally dungeons and dragons, this film does look pretty funny and has good action with it – the last time they did a dungeons and dragons in the cinema I hated it so much it went into my top 5 hates of all time films, it was PAP. This looks much better and I know I will enjoy it – unlike the Jeromy irons version which im still trying to burn from my brain.

   Its good to see Michelle Rodriguez play a funny role with good action in it, and I always like Chris Pine, his comedic timing is always great. Don't know the rest of the cast but they are pretty funny in this trailer so yeah, why not – not every film has to be serious and the ones that do well have some comedic relief in them to help with the dark scenes, otherwise its just boring. The old film was neither funny nor serious and the cgi/action was unbearable so that's why that was crap.

   Hugh Grant is a bonus, that line cracked me up, looking forward to it.

3. This actually looks pretty decent, I mean we’ll see, but at the very least the cgi looks better than anything marvels put out in a couple years

It would be too bad if for some reason their target audience felt completely alienated and screwed over by the parent company and fans decided to tank this movie and the upcoming Baldur's Gate game out of spite. That would be unfortunate and poorly timed. But that no company would be that dumb so close to those release dates. Good luck Hasbro/WOTC!

28. It's just a shame that Hasbro decided to spit on the community just before this movie came out. The movie looks fantastic, but it feels like supporting your abuser to go and see in a theatre. I'll wait for DVD, if the reviews are good. Sometimes the only way to get greedy soulless companies to pay any attention is with your wallet.
