2. "My dad made this look so easy"…Um, the entire first movie was about the dad's outward frustration😄 The script seems to be leaning towards cliche, but it's cool that the original Ralphie was brought back.

6. This actually made me tear up a little bit. I’m happy they are releasing in on HBO max in time for the holidays know it won’t be as nostalgic as original, but I’m happy they made it.

I'm sure all the people in their 40s collectively remember this movie and have been asking for a sequel but still why is this movie of all movies getting a sequel just now hasn't there already been a Christmas story sequel oh well maybe I'm overthinking things it still would be funny to see him be Father like son in get all sexually aroused over a leg lamp

18. I think this is going to be good no matter what—just glad it always took place back in the day, so it's still before smartphones and social media because they always use that trope with family movies these days.
